CHAMPIONS BY CHOICE Membership
Champions by Choice candidates are students participating in school-sponsored athletic programs who meet local and national guidelines. Champions by Choice Partner/Affiliate membership is extended school administrators, coaches, boosters, and fans. Champions by Choice cultivates a community wide, “all in,” Champions by Choice athletic program and provides leadership and scholarship opportunities for your student-athletes.
Champions by Choice student membership is based on the athlete’s desire to exemplify sportsmanship, teamwork, honor, responsibility, discipline, respect, and scholarship. The membership creed, “Strength and Honor,” inspires and instills pride and unity among student athletes, parents, coaches, and fans.
Establishing your school’s Champions by Choice chapter is free and inviting students into membership is simple. To learn more about the “all in,” highly effective Champions by Choice program, email Allen Powell at apowell@ssfchampions.org or call 864-610-0802 to talk and set up a meeting.
SSF Membership Standards
Champions by Choice candidates are students participating in school-sponsored athletic programs who meet local and national SSF standards. They may be selected from any or all sports programs and be nominated by a coach, athletic director or school official.
Membership is based on the demonstration of sportsmanship on and off the field and encourages honor, scholarship, discipline, respect, teamwork, truth, loyalty, faith, and courage.
Nominating outstanding athletes for membership is simple. Register your school by email to apowell@ssfchampions.org. We will send you an email confirmation following approval. Champions by Choice will prepare and send a customized membership application for each candidate. Candidates complete their applications and return with their membership fee of $25. School and partner/affiliate membership ($25) are also accepted.
